Eileen Tan Executive Director
Eileen has been in the private student accommodation sector since 2010. She caters to the accommodation requirements of Taylor's University Lakeside Campus students. Eileen manages the students' welfare and living conditions, cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, renovation and furnishing of the accommodation as well as acquisition of the properties. Eileen is supported by a dedicated accounting staff to track rental deposits and other payments, and a team of cleaners and maintenance workers.
Eileen has been highly recognised for her expertise in quality assurance, customer service, investment and building high performance teams. For over 20 years, she has worked in multinational and private companies, which provided her with in depth experiences in operational management. Having held senior executive roles in investment, Eileen is also able to build business relationships and acumen that stem from her positions.
Having had children studied in university, she understands the importance of a good living and studying environment. She is committed to ensuring that the students that live in UniRooms have a home away from home.
